So vizier our mission is to make people analytics simple like people are complex and all of the joy that comes with that sentence is complex. Our perspective is that, as a business is that the the analysis of that the use of that data to help move your business forward shouldn't be. And so what we do as an organization is look at the key business questions that are common around people who staying who's leaving mobility is a huge one diversity is a huge one, hopefully, people are aware of you know, some of the impacts of busier data has had in those places. position in the world is to to help organize all of the people data that's flying around and all of these systems or the great new technologies that are evolving to help solve powerful problems and allowing the the so that questions like we support my abilities, so that diversity improves so that retention and so that's that's where we sit that's what we're passionate about.
