This week Denise speaks with Lesley Wirth, a transformational coach, spiritual counselor with a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology, and author of “Own Your Worth: A  Spiritual Journey through Food Compulsion to Self Love”.  Although Lesley primarily deals with women with eating disorders, her tools can be used by anyone in a position of being bound to a substance or process addiction.

Those of us who might be addicted to our addicts, or anything else, will hear ways to be kinder and gentler to ourselves and our loved ones and get some tools to use to break the anxieties and drama within ourselves on a day to day basis.
