This week Denise speaks with Claudia Christian.  She is an American actress, writer, singer, musician, and director know for her role as Commander Susan Ivanova on the science fiction television series Babylon 5, as well as many other roles.

Claudia is also an advocate for the Sinclair Method to help alcoholics, a little known method which she hopes to help make more mainstream with her charity work.  Her non profit is Cthreefoundation. org and you can learn more about the Sinclair Method from her documentary  One Little Pill.
