This week Denise interviews Janice Nargi, a mom of a heroin addict and author of the new e-book, “There is No Hero in Heroin”. Ms Nargi is a nurse by profession who admits that, although trained in the ER to detect addiction, she did not recognize it in her own child. Denise and Ms Nargi try to dispel some myths about the new face of addiction and who are people likely to become addicts these days.
