There are many drugs that can kill, when used and abused , that are legal, not illegal. This week I am interviewing Dr. Mandy Neeble, clinical director from Northbound Treatment Services, in Orange County, California. Dr Mandy has, periodically, gone to some of the local businesses, like smoke shops and checked out what they are selling these days, both legal and illegal. She has bought many of the products to present to her audiences to show what to look for, how people are circumventing the law, and how creative these sellers as well as buyers can be. Most of what we talk about in our discussion is perfectly legal to sell and buy.
