Denise interviews Karen Dobner, the creator of the non-profit organization To The Maximus Foundation. This group is dedicated to awareness and understanding of what these new “designer” drugs are and what they are doing to populations all over the world. According to Dobner, it is a multi billion dollar industry, like many illegal drug industries, and is getting stronger by the day.
