I often comment that I could convince people that they can lose 50 pounds in 4 weeks than that they have control over their emotions and can change them. Emotions are mostly trained by home environment. But what has been trained can be changed using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I will cover the basics of this technique—how to use it yourself and how to use it with your ADHD child.
