Well, not much but at least I am still alive and am focusing on a few less things than earlier...

I recorded this episode a while back, I think on May 15, not until May 24 am I posting it!! Why? Because I forgot!!!

How on earth will I ever make anything???

I don't know what to say...I am sorry! But I am giving it a last try. Once a month and if that doesn't work....DEAD!!!

Ok, so like I said sometime in 2019 (around the end of 2020 I believe) I would come up with a better schedule and I have. I have decided that Wednesdays are a good day to give out a podcast so Wednesday's it is :D

I don't know about you but sometimes I just want to have a place where I can let out a little (friendly)  steam without having to be bombarded with explenations, advice or a crocked eye. 

I post in Facebook groups both ADHD and business groups but I haven still now found a combiantion of those two so I created one.
