She believes she found someone who could be her half-brother, so she petitioned the court for a sibling DNA test.

Plus, The plaintiff dated the defendant, but the plaintiff says his ex was abusive. He loaned her money in the form of cash and checks, but she hasn’t fully paid back, so he’s suing for the balance. The defendant argues the plaintiff is the abusive one because he broke her nose and gave her a black eye. She claims he threatens her, so she denies owing him.
