In this episode, I continue to discuss the themes from Part I. We discuss the concept of self and how it impacts our ability to answer the call to greatness. We discuss how self-concept and esteem evolve in these pursuits. I discuss some practical applications of identity, values, goal setting, belief, and positive affirmations. We continue the exploration of psychological and spiritual narratives and concepts.
In this episode, I discuss the Call to Greatness, the need to "Be the Best Version of Yourself, or to Self-Actualize. We explore how our self-concept and self-esteem impact these pursuits. I discuss some psychological considerations as well as spiritual principles and narratives to illustrate these dynamics.
This is a monologue of core beliefs and how they impact thoughts, feelings, and actions. On one level they can be simple, yet powerful. They can be determined in a moment, although they are often developed throughout a range of experiences and time.
Several parables are explored to illustrate understanding around dichotomy and how to include it into the core beliefs in a healthy manner.
