Stephanie Gutierrez is a full-time real estate professional in Southern Ca. and specializes in educating her clients and professionals on the complexities of buying and selling properties that have the ability to construct an ADU. We will be discussing the fundamental issues about working with clients who want to buy a property to develop and ADU and those who are selling where she can market the property with ADU potential.

A conversation with a homeowner who took advantage of the San Jose ADU programs and got the $40,000.00 grant. Tiffany Garcia lives in San Jose and took advantage of the cities pre-approved ADU program (one of the best in the state) and was able to qualify and use CALHFA's $40,000.00 grant. We'll be discussing what is was like, how long it took, and working the general contractor.  

Join host and ADU University founder David Donahue as he discusses the importance of understanding the financing products available to homeowners with Hillary Seiler, a senior mortgage loan advisor and construction/renovation specialist.  We also discuss some of the things to have in place and things you shouldn't do.  

Jon Grishpul and David Donahue discuss hiring a good general contractor and the very important things to know, understand and ask.   Jon is the cofounder of Greatbuildz, a company that pairs vetted GC's with homeowners.
