What a history-making week for adult Irish dancers! I was fortunate enough to talk to quite a few dancers at Nationals on Tuesday while they were waiting for results. Also, this week, I'm excited to talk to Erin Weiford-McMcaster, a seamstress who has started repurposing older Irish dance dresses into new, modern dresses.

This week, we're talking about your goals AND what you're nervous about for Nationals in Phoenix next week. Our guest is Dr. Curtis Gale-Dyer, an osteopathic physician from Lexington, Kentucky, who started Irish dancing when he was 40-years-old.

As the saying goes, "Adulting is hard!" And it's even harder when you're trying to balance work, bills, kids, pets, and a hobby like Irish dance. What do you wish that YOU could manage better?Our guest this week is Julia Topper. Celebrating Pride Month by talking to Cas Urban, who has created the Divergent Dance Project.
