August 5, 2019 marked the announcement that award-winning author, essayist, activist, and all-around bad ass Toni Morrison passed away at the age of 88 and to celebrate her life, legacy, and impact on the world, 'Adult-ish' co-host Vincent Bernard takes the reigns in this episode to discuss the cultural impact Toni's had on his life — as a young man and as an adult.

The love for Toni oozes out of his pours and through the mic as host Afiya chimes in on the importance on the prolific writer's words and stories... though she admittedly never finished one her novels (something that will be corrected soon, hopefully).
