We're back from our Summer hiatus with a vengeance! November means the kick off of the holiday season, but it's not the only thing that kicks off! Open Enrollment for your medical, dental and host of other benefits typically occurs in November and December and we are here to arm you with the information you need to know about choosing your benefits. True to our style, we each chose five of our favorite books to discuss content and why they are important to us! She grew up in Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls, Idaho and her and her husband worked overseas as government contractors from 2014 until Spring of 2018, and it was because of that work that she has traveled so much. She's been to all 7 continents, and to 25 different countries there within and brings some great advice on what to pack, how to set yourself up for success, and shares a couple stories! Join us!

Jeff Conroy is the Executive Director of St. Vincent DePaul as of April 2008 and in 9 years St Vincent de Paul is recognized by the National St Vincent de Paul as one of the biggest and efficient conferences in the country. He spent the first 13 years as an executive for the Boy Scouts of America starting in Portland, Oregon and was transferred to Coeur d’Alene, Where he became Camp Director for Camp Easton and the Inland Northwest Council’s Program Director overseeing 27 camping programs, training, advancement, and all year round programs.

Today he fills us in on what it takes to build develop the skills to lead and develop a commuity around what you believe.

He leads a team of creative developers with a wide array of digital projects. Not only has he started his own business, but has built the region’s first stop for startup and entrepreneurial support, providing people with the resources need to grow and thrive in the 2,500 square foot shared workspace. In today’s day and age of free spirited thinkers and entrepreneurs, startups are a hot button. With so much misinformation and wild promises of a small investment and rich returns, we decided it was time to pull in someone who really knows what it takes.
