Compassion and forgiveness in the midst of a war zone.
A conversation with Solongo Blue Klawitter.
In this episode, Donna PranaLakshmi Poulidis, Danielle Daou and Sahar Joya, the Founders of PranaLakshmi, discuss the challenges of being exposed to the environment created by war and unrest, and some ways in which personal healing can help to reduct the effects of post-traumatic stress.
Solongo shares her personal experiences from being in Afghanistan in 2018-19, as part of the US military, and how that experience affected her, to become someone who offers healing to suffering communities through meditation. In this conversation we explore some of our own personal questions as to how one would address self-care in a time of distress.
Solongo is a designer, writer, meditation instructor who uses ancestral wisdom and intuitive language to heal wound patterns and above all a compassionate mother.
