A List Of Members In Form ‘J’ is a mandatory requirement for the Housing Society Management committee under Section 33 of the Maharashtra State Cooperative Society Rules 1961 wherein it has to maintain the List of Members (Form-J). This could be considered as “Encyclopedia” of the member as this contain all most all the information of the member, date of admission to the membership, date of payment entrance fee, his / her full name, address (before joining the membership), occupation, age at the time of admission, Full name and address of nominees under section 30(1) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Society Act 1960, date of nomination, date of membership, details of his holding / transfer / surrender shares etc.
