With Thanksgiving Day coming up next week I know a lot of times it’s hard to decide whether or not you should continue running. For a lot of us, taking the holidays off is a obvious choice, but there are reasons we might want to continue training.

At the end of the day, vacation is meant to be fun, so don’t let running or exercise take away from that. Only do what adds to the fun!
