Hello fellow friends! Welcome back to another episode! Today I’m excited to talk about 13 ways to get in a workout that are fun and exciting!
Working out and staying active doesn’t just have to be the classic weight lifting or running (although I do really enjoy both of those things). There are so many ways to exercise that are very different, but can also be super fun and beneficial to your health!
I hope this episode will help you find ways that are, fun, exciting, and unique to move your body. But at the very least I hope it will remind you that the most important thing about exercising is whether or not it brings you joy! And that there’s always something out there you can do to workout that can be fun and enjoyable for you, even if that looks different from a lot of people.
Also I wanted to make a quick apology, in the last episode I said there would be a episode all about hydration coming out next, but I totally forgot that I said that because I got really excited about recording this episode! But an episode all about hydration will be coming out next time!
