Please read and listen to information you find here and anywhere with discernment. And what I mean is, look things up on your own to confirm what you need to know and understand. 

Here’s my core belief and my bigger picture goal:

“In all that I do, I believe in challenging the status quo. I believe in trusting our bodies to heal themselves. The way I challenge the status quo is by teaching clean living by what we eat, what we allow around us and all that supports our bodies to heal themselves.”

SO, LET’S begin, why don’t we? 

For those of you listening, I welcome you here in my healing space. Let’s get into the sacred heart and soul space by doing a couple things: Sound, healing and then a reading of my latest blog post.

I don’t think it’s possible to get a 100% grasp on what IS transpiring but we truly need each other as humanity to support, uplift and help ourselves.

It will help to comprehend not only the past emotions that we are literally wading through like a swamp but also the current feelings that are coming up around the changes that will affect literally everything in our lives.

I am positive that you are only because I talk to people every day and ask them, do you feel it?

Are you seeing shifts in pricing, everyone’s belief around government structure, having things literally change around you or just simply feeling like you aren’t ready or you don’t even know what to expect to come up day to day? I am!

Being a healer and artist allows me many skills that I use daily to help myself to ease into things that are shifting for me and my family.

Why do we buy things? Specifically, let’s talk about things that are beautiful, interesting, surprising pieces of a visual creation that is art. 

I’m going to tell you why I love to buy art myself and why you might as well. Have you bought any really cool prints or original pieces that are framed? You know, even little antique objects that you find at your local store or online still count in my book. 

Stuff you might have forgotten. 

I have been finding that there are things that I love in life and it seems common to just push things aside unconsciously just simply because of time or the busy-ness of my daily life.

I want to wake that part of you up and say, “HEY! YOU! Lover of things that you love!!! Wake up for a few minutes while you read my article. You won’t regret it because I’m going to poke at your senses and remind you what you love, what inspires you, what makes you remember what you cherish the most in life. Only you know, but my job is to remind you of your DIVINITY, remember?!”

Hey, I could say that I have tips for all single parents but… I’m not a single dad nor will I ever have that experience! I’m sure, however, that some of you dads could potentially benefit from my tips as well.

I became a single mom in July 2012 when I left my marriage of 6½ years. My daughter was 3 and it was the middle of summer, not the best time to do a move. Is there ever a “good time for divorce?) 

The main thing is, that I didn’t know what “adventure” I was heading into but that’s exactly what I said to my daughter after strapping her into her carseat, dogs in the back, suitcases stuffed into my SUV: “We’re going on an adventure, honey!” I said with a smile as we followed the moving truck to our new apartment.. 

I didn’t want her to see into the side of me that was super angry and a bit scared all wrapped up in me. 

Work Challenges

At the time, you might remember that we were in a recession. I had already had challenges finding more work than I already had. Finding work in the area in my past expertise with art direction and graphic design wasn’t happening for about two years of searching.

I was working part-time at my former real estate broker’s office for one of my friends. Little did I know that the work would actually decrease and I would need to find something else. I was entering into a binding apartment lease not too far away from the house my daughter was growing up in.

So, finances were already a challenge and they were about to get even harder. I had to get more humble than I was comfortable with. 

Sex and Love?

Getting into another relationship right away added an amazing positive benefit to me personally as a woman, but then it became NOT a benefit. Let’s just say for now that I learned a massive amount of information and insight into myself and I don’t regret that experience.

It encapsulates the problems and the solutions that exist today and for many years now, the state of our belief systems around our health (and everything else, for that matter.)

Nothing can make you question a situation more than a crisis. When you hear those diagnoses: “You have cancer. You have asthma. You have chronic fatigue syndrome. You have celiac disease. You have Crohn’s disease….” 

What happens after that moment when you hear things like this? I can tell you exactly. Why? 

Because I myself was told these things:

“You have asthma.” “You have irritable bowel syndrome.” “You are a chronic depressive person.” “You have hashimoto’s disease.” “You have celiac disease.” “You have breast lumps that are concerning and I recommend removing them….”

… and other things that I don’t wish to go into here because it truly isn’t crucial that you know my whole medical chart.

Because of our conditioning, our social landscape around doctor’s proclamations about ourselves is never questioned in general. 

Now, I know that over the years since this all of this began (the awakening of people to knowing that they actually have a choice in their guidance), we have as a whole begun to know that at the very least you have the option of choosing to get a second opinion for diagnosis or other medical guidance that is given to us.

However, WHAT IF…. you finally were able to KNOW that you can heal your body, that your body DOES heal itself?

I’m going to talk about this forever until people actually KNOW this. If you’re tired of hearing it perhaps it’s a clue that you are feeling your conditioning get questioned, as it should. I encourage you to look at your current belief list around your health.

I dare you. I support you in this private mental conversation with yourself that can and WILL change it all, change everything you know about being human and feeling good.

I healed my asthma. I was diagnosed at the age of 6 months old with asthma.  

At the age of 47, I was working with a spiritual and life coach who brought into my radar the idea that all the things we have in our scope of belief is a choice.

I’m currently cleansing my digestive system so that I won’t have to be as fearful or nervous around gluten accidentally getting in my food. I’m already there, actually. What a switch from when I was first diagnosed with celiac disease. 

It was merited for me to be very careful and conscientious about making sure that I had no cross-contamination of gluten in my food. But that I have been cleansing and healing my gut for the past couple of years, I feel much more emotionally relaxed about it being a “death threat.” My mental state around it is as important as all the other health concerns they wanted me to be wearing labels for.

I’m currently re-building my thyroid situation too. Auto-immune disorders are from inflammation within the system. So let’s reduce our inflammation....

For me, this holiday is wonderful because I was able to connect to my daughter’s father in person, my father and brother on the phone and my other family members on social media.

Not so pleasant for you?

I know that for some, this holiday isn’t necessarily a happy one. Don’t worry! I’m not here to change your mind about it. I’ve definitely had my times of being at odds with my father and grandfathers.

There have been times in my life that my father and I both stopped communicating with eachother. The reasons why aren’t important here but I think that the time for reflection to myself was essential to me figuring out my own mental reset (do any of these resonate with you too?
