In today’s show I am going to 1- show you my personal artwork that I used to heal my asthma and gain a greater connection to my inner guides, my higher self and beyond… 2-read to you some passages that are very meaningful today,  3- do some sound healing and 4 - do a meditation for you.

Enjoy this episode where I show you artwork I've never shown the world that I created while doing my own inner healing work back in 2015-2016. My asthma and hypoglycemia were no longer after that work. I used my art, a coach, and a lifestyle habit change (food) and transformed my health.

1. Healing circle (journal exercise)

2. Mini facial-hot water, cloth, any essential oils you have like lavender

3. Breathing work-mindful, ANY time of the day, anywhere you are

4. Sounds: stopping wherever you are and mindfully listening to every sound around you

5. Lymph release

6. Lymph massage

7. Rub your own feet

8. Wrap warm wet towels around your feet

9. HOME environment: plants, talk to them, minimal if you don’t have a lot of time

10. Holding sacrum and occiput

11. Holding forehead and occiput

6 tips: 

1. I’ve always had a fascination for the beauty of crystals. I would wonder how the Earth could make such a perfectly geometric piece of art, how long it took to create them and didn’t give them much more credit than beauty. (take notice of them)  

2. Mostly while growing up, it was about having jewelry that had semi-precious stones or even precious stones but in smaller sizes. My mother loved them, she bought many pieces that I still own today, especially at the end of her life, she sent me a multitude of gorgeous sparkly objects of art. (look at your existing collection)  

3. Who knew that crystals actually are healers themselves, that they emit light when striked or that they scientifically are proven to amplify energy?  

4. My recommendation is that everyone should have crystals about them.   

5. I would suggest walking through the crystal store first to get a feeling about all the beauty they have. If you would like recommendations, I would suggest getting clear quartz first.  

6. Spending some time with your crystals every day will definitely help you get to know them.

[excerpt from podcast text] I’ve been reading about and have been a part of ascension before I even knew what it was–the concept of ascension, the word ascension, ascension activities, symptoms.

I can’t talk about ascension without talking about my mother. She took me to a yogi guru when I was eight years old in Denver, Colorado (I’m not 100% sure of either of those two details but that’s what stuck in my mind). He gave me a “mantra” that I was to repeat in my quiet times and times of need for getting grounded. He told me it was absolutely not to be repeated to anyone and I was to come back at a later time to check in with him. I remember feeling very important and said the word to myself as instructed religiously. It felt good to have something that belonged to “me.”

What does it mean to feel sovereign in your body and your mind? 

Dictionary.com says:  sovereign (ˈsɒvrɪn): adjective (it can be used as a noun as well but for this blog post, I’m only looking at the adjective); belonging to or characteristic of a sovereign or sovereign authority; royal; having supreme rank, power, or authority; supreme; preeminent; indisputable: a sovereign right; greatest in degree; utmost or extreme; being above all others in character, importance, excellence, etc.; efficacious; potent: a sovereign remedy.  

The thesaurus has even better ways for me to describe what I mean: Autonomous, independent, self-governed…   

All the catch phrases that have become trite and overused are: Mind your own business, who’s #1?, take care of yourself first, put up your boundaries, and the list goes on and on...  

To truly feeeeeel it though? It’s freedom truly. For those of you who have suffered trauma growing up in abusive homes or simply weren’t taught how to take care of yourself emotionally or physically, this is especially important to lean into. When you were told to trust and listen to the parent over all your own thoughts and ignore anything that came from inside your own Self.

There’s a lot to this. It is no small matter. It’s like a part of your body was numb your whole life but now as you learn to hear your inner voice and trust yourself more and more, the ping of touch now is new. There is an uncomfortability in FEELING what has been hidden for your life. Oh, I know, you’ve heard it and felt it, but were told that it wasn’t real. That it wasn’t valid and not to listen to it or even acknowledge it.

The new feeling feels RAW. Painful almost sometimes because it is so new, but it’s also like turning on a bright light inside your heart and you feel extreme JOY.

Why is this happening now? I think a multitude of people are going through this. The awakening of our souls on this Earth. This isn’t just an experience for individuals but for all of us, growing together in one form or another, or separate but together on this earth plane. (www.pixabay.com, Myriams-Fotos)
