This week Shaun has a conversation with his friend and new mum Marina Duarte. Marina shares her own personal experiences and advice with pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood. It's an open conversation in which Marina gets very personal and answeres some questions that have always intrigued Shaun about what it's like to carry a new life inside of you. Fears of labor and the importance of having a strong support network around you. Marina also shares her experience of having her first baby during a global pandemic, with the world on lockdown and her family back in Brazil.
