Lately I've been feeling so shitty about my body and weight. I want to be "body-positive" and love and accept myself as I am but I just can't. I miss the way I used to look and when I never even have to worry about my weight. Now, I'm just feeling like a failure. I often hate myself, which makes me want to eat and drink more. How do I get out of this cycle?
Dear Amber and Gen,
I've gained forty pounds since having my two kids and my husband is unhappy. He says he loves me but is not attracted to me anymore. I feel he should love me how I am and not expect me to change.
