This is for you if you want a simple exercise to combat deep-seated self-limiting beliefs. I’ll share the self-limiting belief bumming me out and the technique I used to attack the sticky personal narrative.
I also invite a friend to try out the exercise with me.
You’ll hear about his experience, the self-limiting belief he chose, and if he recommends this tool to others.
This is part 2 of how to find and remove self-limiting beliefs. Listen to part 1 if this doesn’t make sense :)

I dive into how they shrink our worldview and why recognizing and addressing these beliefs expands life's possibilities. Of course, I’ll provide some examples, such as financial struggles and relationship issues, to show how these beliefs act like malware in our minds. This is a two-part episode, so stay tuned for part 2, where I’ll explain how I use confirmation bias to overcome these limiting stories.

It’s too easy to get caught up in asking the wrong questions. Without realizing it, you can quickly create a downward spiral, get stuck in unproductive thought patterns, or worse, stay in the same place for way too long.
In this episode, I’ll explain three ways I use questions to get back on track.
Three question types l like to use:
Rephrase the question
Break a thought pattern with a question
Dare to ask in the first place
This is a super simple way to change your perspective. I’ll also give you guys some examples for each category.
