I experiment with some tapping & then whisper one of my favorite & newly discovered poems called Life's Love Affairs written by Don Peteucelle, then whsiper the intro & 1st chapter of Section 1 of the book in which this poem resides, called Expanding the Boundaries of Self, Beyond the limit of traditional thought, discovering the magic within, written by Oliver H. Jobson. Adjust the volume to one that is perfect for your zen (for me, that's just a notch below full blast, it might be different for you 😉) & Enjooouyyyyeee 🙂❤🧠🍦

Ooh bubble wrap & soft, sharp whispers from a book I'm reading. Best enjoyed with the volume on medium so the whispers are almost gibberish but feel free to adjust & listen to the full words if you so feel called. The softer volume, I find, is better for sleep 😊😌😴🛌💤💤💤🧠🍦Enjoy!

Been obsessed with the duo band, Purity Ring, since I heard Stardew last November & will be seeing them LIVE THIS November for their tour of Womb. Thought I'd look up & share some history about the band. Purity Ring's witch house, dream-pop, trip-hop, "future pop," (as they describe themselves) music is anything but religious. Religiously amazing dedication perhaps. Each song is flawless, lyrics taken from vocalist Megan James's own diary entries. Empowering to the core. "Gory" and "provocative" to some but ruthlessly and beautifully delivered through Corrin Roddick's electro-beats & his own hand made instrument concoction, both wearing clothes hand-sweb by Megan on live shows, with lighting also perfected to create the most existentialist fantastical vibe possible. Needless to say, I'm eager for this show. The music itself...is a must listen. Enjoy these whispers & I hope you drift off to sleep 😌❤
