Daina and Megara have been sober a wee while now but still, the same old questions keep rolling in and the same awkwardness at social occasions keep happening. We are alcies not pariahs and we are here to put your mind at ease and clear up some confusion surrounding how to be pals with an alcie when you don't really understand what the fuck is going on. A powerful story from a Woman who learned to take the power back and channel it into healthier outlets. We loved this rawness and were honoured to have spent Mikala's 2nd sober birthday with her. Living proof that sober is unashamedly cool.

They say addiction is addiction and merely an outward symptom of an inward issue. Porn is so often overlooked, laughed off or worse, vilified. Paul highlights the nature if addiction beautifully with a frank account of his journey through life from food addiction to porn and how he's smashing his recovery today through taking absolute ownership and learning how to naturally quieten his mind. An incredible insight to an addiction so often hidden. Paul is definitely the Hero in this story.
