We all struggle with sticking to our goals! Habits are not made or broken overnight. It takes diligence, strength, and commitment. Even though we struggle with implementing these things into our lives, but we can not replace it with negativity and complaints. I'm encouraging all of us (because I struggle with this too!) to affirm this and make our goals bite sized so they are easier to obtain and maintain as we work towards them!
