Tim Hwang is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher (CMT-P) by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association and licensed occupational therapist specializing in integrative and mental health. Morgan O. Smith is a teacher of nonduality, and has studied eastern philosophy, metaphysics and meditation for almost two decades.
