Bonus Episode: A Personal Invitation to The Observatory
A final note from Season One, and an invitation to come upstairs.
After five conversations about observing the life we’re living, dreaming again, choosing what we really want, getting to know the woman we are becoming, and building a life that supports her, Season One of The Observatory has brought us here.
To an open door.
In this final bonus episode, I’m sharing something more personal: why I created The Observatory and why, despite everything I’ve learned and all the inner work I’ve done, I still sometimes find myself asking:
Michele, you know this stuff. Why aren’t you living it?
Because knowing something and living it are two very different things.
The Observatory is the space I’ve created to practice living it.
A place to look, listen, dream, get to know HER, try things, change things, tell the truth when the living gets messy, and return to the table to see what we’ve discovered.
And I’d love some women at the table with me.
Come upstairs 🔭
The celestial doorway to The Observatory is now open.
If something in this season has been stirring something in you, you can explore The Observatory and discover what we’ll be doing together over the coming year:
→ EXPLORE THE OBSERVATORY
And when you’re ready, I’ve written you a personal invitation with all the details about joining me as a Founding Member:

New to The Observatory?
Season One is yours.
The Observatory Field Guide brings all five orientations together in one place and gives you links to read or listen to anything you may have missed:

There is nothing you need to catch up on.
Start wherever you are.
Listen to yourself.
And if something in you keeps looking toward the stairs, to the stars and beyond ...
The celestial doorway is open. I’ll see you at the table.
xo, Michele
The Dream Needs Somewhere to Land | Season One | Ep 5 of 5
An orientation on building for the woman you’re becoming
This is the audio edition of the fifth essay in Season One of The Observatory, a five-part series about dreaming again, becoming the woman you can see from here, and building a life that can support her.
In this essay, I explore what I’ve begun thinking of as living infrastructure: the underlying structures that support the life we’re actually trying to live and the woman we are becoming.
And those structures are much bigger than calendars, planners, and to-do lists.
They include our relationships. Our environments. Our finances. Our work. Our boundaries. Our bodies. Our rhythms. Our rituals. Our communities. Even the people we choose to invite into our becoming.
Because while some of this work is deeply personal, we don’t become in isolation.
The people in our lives are mirrors. And sometimes we need someone sitting across the table who can listen, reflect, notice, remember, and help us hear ourselves more clearly.
The table in The Observatory is where we imagine what might support us.
It’s also where we return after we’ve been living for a while.
To regroup.
To reflect.
To notice what’s working and what isn’t.
To adjust.
To build again.
Because the structures aren’t meant to be finished any more than we are.
We are building while we’re living. And living while we’re building.
This is where Season One of The Observatory ends.
But looking was only ever the beginning.
I’ll be back soon with an invitation to stay awhile.

Who is the Woman in the Vision? | Season One | Ep 4 of 5
An orientation on the woman you're becoming
This is the audio edition of the fourth essay in Season One of The Observatory, a five-part series about dreaming again, becoming the woman you can see from here, and building a life that can support her.
In this orientation, we turn our attention away from the scenery of the life we’ve imagined and toward the woman living inside it.
Who is SHE?
We are forever becoming. The question is whether we are participating in that becoming consciously, with intention.
I share how my own relationship with HER changed when I stopped seeing her as some other woman in the distance and began moving closer. First, through communion with HER: speaking with her, asking questions, listening, and getting to know her. Then, through inhabiting HER: stepping into her shoes and experiencing my vision from inside her rather than watching her live it from somewhere outside as a mere observer.
This is the distinction Neville Goddard described so beautifully as thinking from a desired state rather than merely thinking of it. It isn’t pretending to be HER. It is closing the distance.
And eventually, imagination returns us to the life we’re living now, where embodying HER becomes the practice.
What would SHE do in my shoes? (#WWSD)
And beneath that:
Who is SHE being as she does it?
Because the being underneath the doing matters.
Sometimes, in the middle of an ordinary moment, there is an instant recognition.
There she is.
Perhaps consciously becoming is less about constructing a better version of ourselves and more about entering into relationship with the highest expression of ourselves we can perceive from here, then allowing more of her to find expression through the beautifully human life we’re living now.

What If a Goal Were More Like a Vision? | Season One | Ep 3 of 5
An orientation on creating a living relationship with our visions
This is the audio edition of the third essay in Season One of The Observatory, a five-part series about dreaming again, becoming the woman you can see from here, and building a life that can support her.
In this orientation, we reconsider not only what we’ve been taught about goals, but the relationship we have with the things we choose to create.
I share the idea of the JUICY Goal, something that has shaped the way I consciously create my own life for years, and return to the story of the dream beach house I once imagined, built, loved...and twelve years later, chose to sell.
What happens when the dream comes true, but the woman who dreamed it continues to become?
Perhaps a vision doesn’t need to be a contract with our future. Perhaps we can live in relationship with it, allowing it to guide and change us while remaining present enough to notice when the vision, or the woman living toward it, has changed.
Sometimes we get exactly what we imagined.
Sometimes the vision changes.
Sometimes we change.
And sometimes becoming asks us to release something we once worked very hard to create.
Which eventually brings another question into focus:
Who are you being there?

What Do You Really, Really Want? | Season One | Ep 2 of 5
An orientation on knowing what you really, really want
This is the audio edition of the second essay in Season One of The Observatory, a five-part series about dreaming again, becoming the woman you can see from here, and building a life that can support her.
In this orientation, we sit with a deceptively simple question my longtime mentor Bob Proctor asked again and again:
What do you really, really want?
We explore the difference between admiring someone else’s life and actually desiring to live it, what our don’t wants might be pointing toward, and what becomes possible when we give desire a little room before asking it to explain exactly how it intends to happen.
For now, we’re simply looking up.

What If You Never Actually Chose This Life? | Season One | Ep 1 of 5
An orientation on living life by design rather than default
This is the audio edition of the first essay in Season One of The Observatory, a five-part introductory series about dreaming again, becoming the woman you can see from here, and building a life that can support her.
We begin by looking at the life that’s already here and considering a deceptively simple question:
How much of this life did I consciously choose?
Before we change anything, perhaps there’s something worth noticing first.
