It was announced that the dating app Grindr would be banned in the athletes village and while this is strange their reasoning is good. They’ve banned locations around the village in order to protect LGBTQ+ athletes from unwanted attention or harassment.

Meanwhile Tinder announced that they’ve seen a spike in concentration of users around Paris in the last week. Imagine matching with an athlete while you’re in Paris!? Maybe that’s not a bad idea for us to try…
