For this weeks episode I wanted to talk about depression and I wound up talking about my own personal experience with a UFO sighting, the dogs fucking with the podcast recording, my most recent battle with depression and how after almost 40 rotations around the sun, I am FINALLY taking responsibility and control of my mental health and treatment. I feel like open discussion of men's mental health is something that is (for some reason) lacking in today's society and I hope that by me openly discussing my own battles it gives someone listening that push that they needed to start to address their own mental health. I have been having a hard time sleeping the last few weeks and I notice that my mind begins to wander when I can’t sleep. I told myself last night that the next time it happens that I’d utilize it to share a story, and today I’ll tell you about the first time (that I know of) a woman that I loved slept with another man. It’s emasculating. It’s humiliating. It’s degrading. You feel like the worst excuse for a man. It’s a somewhat depressing but true story that I hope you all enjoy!
