The Haji Bibi Case was a 1908 court case in the Bombay High Court heard by Justice Russell. Haji Bibi was a family member of the Aga Khans. She accused the then Aga Khan of murdering her father and brother over property dispute. 

The case was fundamentally a dispute over the inheritance of the estate of Hasan Ali Shah, a Persian nobleman with the title Aga Khan I and the hereditary leader of the Ismaili community.

In this episode, we try to summarize judgement of the case, which consists of 27 pages.

One interesting aspect of the case is, Aga Khan claimed to follow the Hindu inheritance law, instead of Islam. He did so in order to deprive Haji Bibi of her rightful share in the inherited properties.

Karim Aga Khan, in one of his interviews, says his servant "Sallo" drinks Whiskey for Shifaa (physical and spiritual well-being). As a devoted Agakhani-Ismaili, Mr. Sallo drank Aga Khan bathwater (Aab-e-Shifaa) for 50 years, but it did not "cure" his health issues. That's why, after consulting doctors, Karim Aga Khan says he "allowed" Mr. Sallo to consume alcohol for better health results.

Agakhani-Ismailis treat their imam, Karim Aga Khan, as Aql-e-Kul, meaning the All-Knowing. However, Aga Khan says he has no idea how all the money collected at Jamatkhanas is being spent. He also relied on a doctor to tell him about Sallo's health needs, which means he is not the All-Knowing imam, as the Agakhani-Ismailis proclaim.

In the same interview, Karim Aga Khan also says he carries a prayer rug with him all the time whenever he is traveling and always prays 5 times a day. This should come as a shock for all the Agakhani-Ismailis who don't believe in Islam's 5 daily obligatory prayers.

Someone asked a few questions about the secretive, satanic cult of Aga Khan and Mufti Tariq Masood briefly answered.

Qur'an definitely has a Zahir and Baatin, but that doesn't mean the two are in clash with each other. The Agakhani belief that they possess some hidden knowledge of the Qur'an that goes against clear verses of the Qur'an is totally ignorant and misleading.

Quran's Zahir and Batin are not contradictory.

Agakhanis interpret, rather misinterpret, the Qur'an according to liberal philosophies of Aga Khan and his western allies. They call it Baatin. Ironically, there's nothing hidden or Baatin about liberalism. Liberal philosophy is public information.

Aga Khan desires Islam to have a similar reformation, rather deformation, as Christianity.

Hazrat Ali (RA) was Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)'s son-in-law, not his biological son. Hazrat Ali never claimed to be the direct or indirect descendant of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). So how on earth can Aga Khan claim to be the "direct descendant" of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)??!

Anybody can claim anything. Aga Khan has failed to substantiate his claim, given the dozens of missing links in his Anglo-Persian lineage.

First of all, worshiping and invoking Aga Khan, making supplication to him to forgive your sins is not Dua. That's the opposite of Dua. That's Shirk and Shirk invites the wrath of Allah.

Secondly, Dua does not supersede the obligatory Salaah. There is no justification for that. Dua has its own place and Salaah is Fardh (obligatory). Not performing Salaah makes us sinful!

Both brother Shams Qamberi and brother Hayat Aminzada are ex-Agakhanis from Afghanistan. In this episode, brother Shams shares his revert story and journey to Islam from the Kufr of Agakhanism.

Indeed, guidance is only from Allah. Brother Shams had a Muslim friend at school who would tell him about Islam. That friend once shared an Islamic Dawah CD on 'the purpose of life' and Allah made that effort a source of guidance for brother Shams. His journey to Islam began as a result of his interaction with the Muslim friend at school.

There is a lesson in this for all Muslims. That is, keep giving Dawah to the Agakhani-Ismailis whether you meet them at school, office or any place. Who knows your effort might be accepted by Allah as a means of guidance for that person?!

The excommunication that happens as a pressure tactic against ex-Agakhanis is Allah's unique way of using their conspiracy against themselves. It's a blessing from Allah to have unworthy, ill-intentioned enemies of Islam automatically removed from your social circle, getting them replaced with Muslims.

So always take that social boycott as a positive consequence of embracing Islam, and that's what brother Shams did. He was excommunicated by the Agakhani community, but Allah expanded his social circle even more with Muslims. He only gained from it and lost nothing! Alhamdullilah!

Brother Shams shares some aspects of Shirk in Agakhanism and their place of social gathering, which is called Jamatkhana. This is a place where men and women freely mix, and sometimes dance together.

Brother Shams also discusses how the Agakhani so-called Kalima is infested with Shirk!

Agakhani-Ismailis are always kept away from the sources of Islamic knowledge. They spend all their lives, earning PhDs, but never do they bother to open the Book of Allah.

They know everything about the lives of Aga Khans, but they know nothing about the Seerah of Rasul Allah (pbuh). This ignorance is the root-cause of their misguidance. Therefore, brother Shams requests all literate Agakhani-Ismailis to read the Qur'an and Seerah of Rasul Allah with proper translation to understand how Islam clashes with Agakhanism.
