It is evil in this world – it’s a fact, and we all are well aware of it. But there’s also good – God has given us many blessings and continues to show Himself in situations that seem hopeless. If you followed all the right rules and did what you were told, you were in good standing with God... But Jesus came and flipped all of that on its head. Jesus said that we don't need to work for righteousness, we only need to accept Him and live our lives for Him. Jesus was countercultural and we're called to be the same.
