In this episode I share how I started living Age Free. I reflect on how ageist beliefs take hold of us early, gradually chipping away at our self worth. More often than not this causes us to give up on our goals and dreams as quickly as such desires come to mind. But it doesn't have to be this way and it is NEVER too late or too early to start living an age free life.

In this episode I catch-up with a high school friend from over 30 years ago! Sherry Zwetsloot's, a name high on the list of high school friend's who made it! Sherry shares how she stays emotionally, physically, and financially healthy. She is, without a doubt, an age-free woman who leads by example and does not allow age or anything for that matter to define her!
Sherry had to overcome some of her greatest life hurdles that started in childhood. In mid-life, tragedy struck for the second time, and she lost her husband to a debilitating illness leaving her a widower and a single mom. Subsequently, Sherry took a risk and decided to go for her dreams. She changed her career path and started a new one in real estate. If successful it could provide more than a good life for Sherry and her children. If unsuccessful it could set her back financially and emotionally. We all know how that story ends as today Sherry is a prosperous and highly sought-after real estate broker.
