Hello! We are back with a new Heart Check episode featuring my wife Lydia Grady, and in today's pod we are diving into the struggles, the challenges and the growth that we have had in these last few weeks since bringing home our little man. For us, these last 20+ days have certainly felt like a whirlwind, but we are grateful nonetheless. Every day we are constantly being asked to stretch ourselves, our patience, and our minds as we grow as first time parents. Life hasn't been easy, but it has been a joy, and we hope this episode can shed some light into what life inside the Grady home has looked like. Much love!

This draft process has brought many highs and many lows. The final day of the actual draft was no different. It's crazy how in the moments where we think we have been abandoned, the whole time God is just beckoning us to give our situation to him. The moment that I allowed God into the room, He was able to work and brought fruit to a situation that in the middle of it, seemed bare. I am so grateful for how everything has turned out for our guys, even those who are still to be signed. I have felt a pull today like none other to continue to step into the leader that each of my guys needs me to be for them, and to continue to do everything in my power to guide them on the course of their life journey. I have full confidence that ALL 5 of my guys have nothing but greatness awaiting them.

What's good ya'll! I can't believe it's DRAFT DAY! Man, what a journey it has been. It feels like we just signed this draft class, and now this weekend each of our clients will be taking the next step of their journey to the NFL. What a ride it's been! With that said, we are here with a slight throwback to an interview that I had with the OG and the visionary, Woodrow Grady, aka, my dad. Truly, I have no idea where I or this company would be without him. This all started with my dad's belief that we could set out and be something more, something greater than what agents and agencies were currently providing for their clients. I didn't know it at the time, but a simple car ride conversation to Tallahassee would forever change our lives, and lead to the birth of Grady Sports Agency. I am so blessed, so thankful, to have been able to sit down with my pops and discuss his past, his present, and the Grady future. I love you dad!

What's good! We are back just two days before the 2020 NFL Draft begins and today I briefly speak on our new signee, Marcus Lewis, CB out of Maryland. The situation with Marcus really epitomizes why I decided to become an Agent. You have a guy who was entirely lead astray by his previous agent, someone who wanted to look out for the betterment of his wallet, over the betterment of his client. In today's pod I gave an inside look into how I get introduced to Marcus, why I agreed to work with him, and what this relationship has been like since our introduction.
