Love isn't always logical. Emotions take over, the heart dreams wildly, and it becomes so easy to get lost within the depths of love. So, how can we lead with love while still being authentically centered?

Through my journey of experiences lately I've learned an important lesson: Love requires integration to truly last. When we meet ourselves from the space of where we're giving from, we start to connect with our childhood. How love felt to us growing up, what we learned was acceptable or what wasn't, and what made us feel safe has shaped our ideas of love now. When we meet ourselves truly and fully, we start to see all the ways that we haven't been fully met and embraced. You're not broken, you're not unlovable, and you're not asking for too much - you just haven't fully integrated your capacities to maintain the system of support you need.

In this episode, we'll dive into the insights of how my life experiences have led me to integrate a sustainable system of care, and how I'm using my intuitive nature with my logical senses. 

It's time to experience real love. Love that doesn't only burn with chemistry but lasts with compatibility. A love that chooses you and shows up consistently through acts of care and words of affirmation. This love exists but are you ready to become the version of you who can hold this reality? In this first episode from my new space, we’re closing out the season on dating  with a very vulnerable and honest conversation.

I share my experience of being in love this year — the passion, the heartbreak, the clarity, the spiritual lessons, and the awakening that came from finally sitting with my emotions instead of running from them.

What does commitment truly mean and how can we practice it with intention, not obligation?

In this heartfelt episode, I sit down with three incredible creators—Tam, Charisma, and Brandis—to unpack the many layers of commitment: to ourselves, to our partners, and to our purpose. So I recently started actively dating again... and it's led me to question a lot of things in regards to relationships and dating. Like what even is a relationship? What do I want in my ideal partner? How do I want it to feel? 

With these questions presented at the stage of life I'm at now, I wanted to dedicate a space to explore these ideas and open up a new season dedicated to discussing relationships, because ultimately relationships are embedded within our connection to practically everything. Your parents, partner, work, hobbies, faith, etc. is all connected by the relationship you have with them, and as I am in the phase of diving deeper into relationships I invite you to witness and experience the journey of where my curiosity leads me. 

I make this episode and this season from my heart out of pure joy and inquisitiveness. I know I don't have all the answers, but I know that life leaves clues everywhere. Things are changing very rapidly in real time. For many, including myself, the spiritual journey has been on the forefront for quite some time now. Going within and doing that inner work that can be so daunting and draining at times is a challenging endeavor and I applaud all of us who have invested our energy into our truth no matter how dark it may have gotten. I believe it was because of our collective work of doing and sharing this sacred work, that we are now at a very monumental time.

Time is seeming to speed up, lessons are being learned quickly, changes are happening faster, the poles are shifting, 10,000 earthquakes within a span of 2 weeks has shaken up the Greece islands, volcanoes are erupting, storms are brewing, political upheavals are happening and new information is constantly coming out. 

What I have realized within all this change, is that physical reality is being powerfully integrated with the spiritual, multi-dimensional realms that have been activated through our work.

My travels within the land of Thailand has led me on an even greater journey within myself. For a while now, I've been intuitively led towards a path of dematerializing my life and encouraged to walk closer towards spirit over flesh. This journey is something I am really excited to share and explore within this episode.

First up, I know the word dematerializing has probably sparked your curiosity, and to me, this word is about focusing less attention and energy of the material world in order to go within. After water fasting for multiple days and abstaining from fleshly desires such a sex, masturbation, alcohol and weed for over a month I realized I no longer have tolerance for bs. 

The effects of fasting, abstinence, and purging has rippled into heightened conscious awareness, weight loss, energy increase, productivity, clarity, prosperity and so much more. 

This process of giving up my desires in order to access my truth has been so uplifting and life changing, and I am grateful to share with you my findings on the subject of having less to be more. Because ultimately, this physical, material world is an illusion and can be taken away at any time, but Spirit is the eternal truth.

WOW it's been quite a few months since I made an episode, but I made sure that this one did not disappoint! As I have been listening to my higher self and following my callings, I have returned with immense amounts of experiences and wisdom that I am so excited to finally share! This episode we are talking about the power of our prayers. When we pray we are having a conversation with our higher selves/God/source/creator. The awareness of this conversation that's taking place when we pray is so important, and stepping into our full power of prayer and response is the key. A big message that I stress in this episode is "The quality of our answers is determined by the quality of our prayers." Understanding this concept is the formula to bring about immense changes within your life and the world around you. My prayer within this episode is that by tuning into this high frequency information, the light collective strengthens and unites with our prayers to bring responses that will illuminate this plane with immense love and light.
