Have you ever had a goal and it's been years in your mind, yet you don't manage to make it happen regardless of what you do? You may try and make progress, but it's not sustainable.... and you go back to your own patterns?
Believe it or not, that was me when it comes to exercise! Jan 2020 I realized it had been years of having great eating habits, and terrible exercise habits. So I set myself the goal to "move" 5x a week - I made good progress, and then covid happened!
Few months into covid, I was struggling, and thought it was a good idea to focus on my physical strength to manage my mental strength.. and that's when I met Kevin, and we've been working together since.
See we think a workout, a goal or losing weight is about just doing the exercise bit, but no, there is soo much psychology and strategy behind creating Sustainable change.
In this episode, Kevin and I have a conversation about how we can use our psychology, hydration and nutrition to create the sustainable results we want in the fitness area of our lives

The pandemic ignited our creativity... and our need. Need to keep our minds busy, need to generate more income, and need to adapt to an ever changing digital society.
Some of us started a side gig. A side business. And many a food side business.
Yes passion is important, and unless we are building a hobby and we are conscious we are putting money in it, it is important to keep our numbers in good check.
In today's episode we have Pilar Garcia, Founder of Pendulo. To talk about how to be on top of our numbers for our restaurant business.
Pendulo is an online software designed to give support to independent restaurants, pubs and cafes monitoring key figures and, enable them to understand if their business is on track. It has helped restaurant, pubs and cafes to increase their bottom line instantly. It allows you to keep record of all your invoices, sales per day, records and gross profit. It is simple to on-board - seriously easy / no fuss.

Tabatha did too. She started with a simple facebook page to share with her friends like we all do...
It started growing and she made the leap of faith to leave her job, fast forward a few years, she's been in Forbes and has a thriving business that helps indigenous communities in Oaxaca region in Mexico
Such an inspiration!

Money is important! And today we've got psychologist Dannielle Haig to explain to us the psychology of money. She teaches and educates people on the psychology behind the relationship with our money. Every decision we make on our finances is rooted on our psychology.
In this episode we explore how to understand this better. Money is one of the biggest causes of stress and why people don't sleep at night. Big topic and we break it down in four key areas:
1. Do you feel safe and secure in the present - in your day to day finances?
2. Do you feel safe and secure in the future - can you deal with a financial shock?
3. Do you have freedom of choice in the present - do you have freedom with your money to enjoy life in the day to day?
3. Do you have freedom of choice in the future - do you have the money or money plans to achieve your goals?
Super interesting topic!

We hear the word personal branding everywhere... but are we really asking the right question by focusing on our personal brand?
How about we focus instead on the concept of Visibility - the courage to put yourself out there, be your most real you, and amplify your vibe. That way, it is not about "hard work" personal brand. But about being so comfortable in your own skin that the right audience and opportunities are in alignment with who you are, your values, and what you want to create in life.
Victoria Watson, is a PR expert and success coach and she takes us on a journey on exactly that... enhancing our visiblity, turning the lights on, and amplifying our personal brand -- and here is the best part, without being the loudest in the room!.
This is an episode for you if you want to grow your career, your business or take a leap of faith and start that passion project you've been thinking about!

In business and sports, behind every high performer there is a successful mentor, meet mine: Mike Amato.
Mike was President at Washington Mutual Bank in the US, Head of Global Product and Distribution at Barclays, looked after a 30,000 people team, smashed performance KPIs, and he joined the Board at Santander and Tandem Bank in the UK.
He went from answering the phone to the Board room, and I am blessed to have him in my life.
We were colleagues at Tandem, and later he became my mentor and my go to person during my almost four years in Asia.
This week we want to share with you what usually happens in our private conversations, so listen in and take notes.
Here’s a bit more about Mike:
This was his ROI for changing the culture.
We are blessed that Mike has gone through a career change himself and he no longer is a member of the Board.
He has started a winery in Washington State and creates award winning wines.
And lucky us, he started a mentoring and advisory business.
He focuses on helping people grow their careers and their success, and he does advisory work for organizations, eg mentoring a group of people to change the culture ecosystem
He tends to work with female high achievers, who want balance and success in life, and work in male dominated industries.
If you are curious and this resonates with you, or you are going through a personal crisis, or your company needs a post pandemic reboot, listen to the full episode and do reach out.
I promise you, even if you are a founder, C Level or Board member, you will have good key takeaways.
This is a podcast for everyone.
If you are a woman you have to listen till the end, as I asked Mike a question I had in my mind and I get asked by my mentees often too.
