When the people around you cross the AI line, the work between you gets done twice, then once, then by nobody. The people at risk aren't the ones who failed to learn AI. They're the ones standing where everyone around them already did. This is my essay The Crossfire, read in my own AI voice.

For twenty years we packed every job a business has into its website. AI is pulling those jobs back out, one at a time, and the businesses that keep the pieces straight are the ones machines will recommend. This is my essay The Shrapnel, read in my own AI voice.

Right now a person with judgment and an AI can spot a problem, build the solution, and get paid for it. That combination has a shelf life, because the labs are building toward systems that spot the problems too, and when that arrives a solution costs roughly the electricity it took to think of it. The opportunity is not a window sliding shut on one schedule. It is a blast door closing from every direction at once, and the last part goes fast. This essay is about the time before it closes: what to build, what to ignore, and why the urgency will only look obvious in the rearview. This is my essay The Blast Door, read in my own AI voice.

Once a buyer has the seller's scope of work and the buyer's own context, an AI can synthesize, and now execute, what used to require paying for the seller's time. Named here, walked through its two phases, demonstrated across three industries at real prices, and bounded by the places it does not reach. The mechanism cuts both ways. It strands anyone whose product is synthesis, and it elevates whoever inside a company picks it up first. This is my essay The Kerzie Effect, read in my own AI voice.

Every business runs on a consequence clock: how long it can be wrong before being wrong costs it money. But people do not run on their own clock. They run on their employer's, because accountability is a sampling rate, and nothing measures the speed between check-ins. AI is now accelerating individuals far past any organization's cadence, the rational response inside slow companies is to throttle or hide the speed, and the spread resolves one of three ways: the fast people leave, the company re-clocks, or the parked surplus quietly funds the company's future competitors. This is my essay The Consequence Clock, read in my own AI voice.

How far AI reaches from your desk depends on three things: whether you ask it or instruct it, what it's connected to, and where you sit. Most people are using it in the one mode that keeps the blast straight down. This is my essay The Blast Radius, read in my own AI voice.

AI is moving fast. Most of what you read about it is hype, benchmarks, and theory.
This show is none of that.
AI in the Wild is about what AI actually does in the real world, right now,…
I build with AI every single day. GotaGuy, an SMS-native home repair company that runs without an app. TextPoint, a scheduling assistant that works entirely by text. Zorli, a mobile app in the App Store. No technical team. No VC funding. Just AI and a clear problem to solve.
That is what we talk about here. Real builds. Real outcomes. No hype.
