Selling the benefits of AI
“The whole vision here is to do client-to-cloud AI operations,” says Jeff Aaron, VP at Juniper Networks. Jeff discusses how Juniper Networks is using AI to not only fix problems that come up, but using AI to anticipate issues and remedy them before they occur. We also learn how Juniper is using AI to open new horizons for their clients. “We want to bring everything together so you can have all of your intelligence together for better interactivity between the solutions,” says Aaron.
The Gap was able to eliminate 80% of their truck rolls to store, meaning a huge saving in time, labor, and disruption, not to mention the collateral improvements in customer services that might be achieved when a giant multi-site organization is spending less time in repair mode. Dartmouth College is also mentioned as am organization that used Juniper’s AI solutions to deliver a great experience for their students. Aaron notes that people have an opportunity here to sell the benefits of AI.
