In this episode of the weekly Artificial Intelligence After Work (AIAW Podcast), we have the pleasure to welcome Jan Gulliksen, a professor in human computer interaction at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. He is also Vice President for digitalization at his university in charge of transforming the university to meet the opportunities of the digital era. He conducts research on digitalization and digital work environments, on usability and accessibility of human-computer interfaces and is now preoccupies with projects introducing IT to support homeless people in Sweden.
Additionally he is working with policy making related to digital transformation and AI for the Swedish Government advising the minister of Digitalization through the Swedish Digital Council. He is also the Digital Champion of Sweden supporting the European Commission on the Digital Agenda.
