Today's episode is very deep but very real. We asked the question "Why do so many creators become depressed?". More and more we are seeing creators and creative people becoming depressed or developing anxiety. It is no secret that social media is linked to mental health issues so today we decided to delve into that a little deeper; looking at all the factors that may contribute to the stresses that creators face on a day to day basis. We talk about the important issues surrounding mindset and ways to try to deal with depression and find motivation to overcome the negative patterns that creators deal with.

There are so many different ways to make money online from becoming an influencer, being a content creator or being an entrepreneur and starting a business of your own.
