Their sole mission is to prevent the occurrence of defects. They do the job that no one likes to do but have fun doing it. They are the first ones to bitch you out and make you do all the dumb shit “legally”. They are the most nit-picky, never satisfied, overly dramatic, first to shut down ops and pull your certs. They are Quality Assurance representatives. It ain’t easy being one of the most hated entities in the aviation world, but one thing’s for sure, it ain’t nothing but a QA thing.
