I recently sat down with Amber Varcoe from this great organisation and discussed the various services they provide for people suffering from mental illness and their families.

Hello. I had a chat with the mayor of Narrabri Shire about the Narrabri Bowls club going into voluntary administration due to the gathering restrictions because of the corona virus, also the impact on the hospitality industry in the town.

In this interview with Goondiwindi Mayor, Lawrence Springborg, He described the adjustments the shire is doing with the slight easing of the restrictions, updates on the border crossings, budget deliberations and if parks are open again.

Everyone likes cute and cuddly animals. Especially our wonderful native wildlife like Koalas, Wallabies and the endangered Bilbys. And something to look forward to when the gathering restrictions get lifted will be to make a bee line for Taronga Western Plains Zoo in Dubbo where they have recently implemented a succesfull bilby breeding program last October and have successfully bred 19 young joeys. I had a chat with one of the zookeepers, Steve Kleinig about it and what plans they have for the bilbys for the future.
