Good thing it’s Friday because it looks like McCall is scattered and has a new nervous tick. Did you ever think mopeds were cool? It’s easy to criticize strangers driving, but what about friends and family? AJ is convinced there isn’t a guy out there that hasn’t asked their friend girls to set them up at least once, but is a good idea. Also, dating is weird during the pandemic for the Debate At 8. AJ feels like a terrible friend after telling his buddy not to come because of Coronavirus and his friend also got hurt. A friend of the AJ & McCall Show also needs some advice on being ghosted by a friend. Which parking job is Cache Valley’s worst for this week’s Park Narcs?
If you’re a guy you’ve asked one of your friend girls to set you up at least once, AJ has done it and McCall has been asked, but is it a good idea? AJ’s setter upper in college wrote down how she feels about it and it got ugly for the Debate At 8. Everyone should have sympathy for single people during the pandemic with one listener talking about a recent awkward date.
It’s bad driving and a warning!
Story #1 – Guy drives his moped in to a crime scene and a cop
Story #2 – Man with a machete face tattoo gets arrested for a machete attack
Story #3 – Guy was arrested for a DUI after driving his segue on the opposite side of the road
Bear with us as we sort through a few technical difficulties with the After Show still. Has anyone been to a garage sale recently? How would AJ, McCall or Producer Butterz get rid of their stuff if they were moving? Could anyone make some money as flippers for a side hustle? Bet you didn’t know there was an urn concern when you shop at garage sales. How would the fellas go about proposing? VFX loves playing the game ‘Celebrity Over/Under’ so how long will MGK and Megan Fox last?
What could be more important than jail? Who would of thought leaving a note was all you had to do. AJ says it was confirmed yet again that McCall is ridiculous because she constantly buckles in her fast food, but is she alone? Are garage sales even a thing anymore for the Debate At 8? Should you really be concerned, like McCall is, that you may accidentally buy an urn at a garage sale? Is there a worse place to propose than your best friend’s wedding? After AJ & McCall argued about generic versus name brand they put their taste buds to the test.
There isn’t a single person that cant’ say they have something in there house they could do without, right? What in your house do you not use? Maybe we could start a garage sale, though AJ isn’t sure if they’re real anymore? More importantly, AJ’s friend had a garage sale this past weekend, is that a good idea for the Debate At 8? McCall has an entirely different preference for used goods shopping that makes garage sales obsolete.
Walmart and naked people… The two things all three stories have in common today… wowzers
Story #1 – Man Arrested for McDonald’s Machete Attack, Walmart Fire-Extinguisher Spraying
Story #2 – Police Finally Catch a Nude Man Who Spent 12 Hours Perched on Top of a Pole
Story #3 – A guy is facing indecent exposure charges for stripping down at Walmart and then running naked to Sam’s Club.
Career and love are two important pillars of anyone’s life that everyone tries to get as close to perfect, so if you have the choice between soul mate and calling what would you pick? AJ, McCall and Producer Butterz all pick the same thing for Would You Rather Wednesday? Do you believe soul mates even exist? Maybe there is one but you’ll never meet them? Everyone had to do fundraising in school and everyone hated it right? The dream is to be your own boss/own your own business and AJ’s dad is looking for advice on how to start down that path. You can’t fault McCall and Producer Butterz for being eager with their ideas.
AJ thinks there may be a correlation between the work candy jar and the work thieves sprees, but no terror can prepare you for why McCall is scared of suckers. Your career and love are two foundational pillars in life, but which is the most important for Would You Rather Wednesday? AJ is tired of quoting things and only having to explain them so now McCall has to take the IQ ‘I Quote’ Test. A Cache Valley retail worker lays it all out when it comes to people freaking out, and how do you pay with your friends for the Debate At 8? What were you almost gonna be; what did you think you were going to grow up to do?
There seems to be a pretty consistent trend during the pandemic, retail workers are catching a lot of flak. A Cache Valley retail worker tells AJ & McCall what people have been worked up about and whether or not they have patience with a simple change mistake. Now money between strangers makes sense to maybe get a bit heated, but what about friends and family? How do you pay when you’re with them and how seriously do they remember ‘tabs’ for the Debate At 8?
