Owlcat, the studio behind Rogue Trader, just revealed Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy. Here's what it actually is.

Dark Heresy is a turn-based, isometric RPG set in the Calixis Sector, where you play an Inquisitorial acolyte investigating heresy and corruption instead of running your own voidship like in Rogue Trader. In this video I cover what the game actually is, why I trust Owlcat after playing Rogue Trader myself, the real catches around the beta (no release date yet, and the Founder's Pack isn't free), what the beta's actually like right now, why this isn't just Rogue Trader with the names changed, and my honest verdict on whether you should hand over money to play it early.

I've also got my own Warhammer tabletop experience in here, including the Blood Angels vs Tau game that convinced me Dark Heresy might genuinely be an easier way into this hobby than the tabletop side ever was.

A completely free Lord of the Rings total conversion mod for Bannerlord just shipped - here’s what it actually is, what it costs, and what to expect.

Tales from the Age of Men turns Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord into Middle-earth — real factions like Rohan, Gondor, Mordor and Isengard, a full campaign map, armies, and huge battles. It’s built by a small fan team, funded through Patreon, and it’s completely free. In this video I cover what Bannerlord normally is (no prior knowledge needed), what the mod actually adds, the honest downsides (it’s not finished, PC only, and doesn’t work through Xbox Game Pass), and exactly what this whole hobby costs you compared to something like tabletop wargaming.

Total War: Warhammer 40,000 just had its biggest week yet - and you don't need to know a single thing about Total War to understand why. I found a free Tolkien exhibition hiding in a small museum in Bewdley- first editions, real artwork, one surprising story.

This is the next stop in my Tolkien Tours series, where I visit the real-world places connected to Tolkien and Middle-earth. This time it's The Magic of Middle-earth at Bewdley Museum - completely free to visit, with first editions of The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings and The Silmarillion behind glass, original artwork, and the real story behind a single painting of Lúthien that ties straight back to Tolkien's own marriage.

It's not really a video about the films. It's about Tolkien the person — the bit I think is getting lost under the sheer amount of Middle-earth content heading our way. If you've ever loved this world but never gone further than the movies, I think this one's worth ten minutes of your time.

I played my first ever game of Warhammer 40k 11th Edition without knowing half the rules and here's the unfiltered result.

No competitive battle report, no expert tactics - just what actually happens when you turn up to your first proper game of Warhammer 40k without fully knowing what you're doing.

In this video I walk through the nerves before the game, the Blood Angels army I brought (Dante and Lemartes included), and the one mistake I made over and over again in exactly the same way: completely screwing up line of sight. I also get into the final score - 98–73 to the T'au - why it was a genuinely respectable result rather than a battering, and the Dante and Sanguinary Guard highlight that made the whole game worth it.

If you've got a first game of Warhammer 40k booked and you're nervous about not knowing the rules well enough, or you've had an army sitting there for months without ever playing a game with it, this one's for you. Spoiler: nobody cared that I was new, and you'll learn more from one real game than from another three weeks of YouTube videos.

Eight GTA 6 leaks in six days, a leaker calling themselves CyberLeek, a crypto token, and one bombshell story that turned out to be completely fake - here’s everything actually confirmed.

Between 18 and 23 August, an unknown account calling itself CyberLeek posted eight separate GTA 6 leaks - gameplay clips, a claimed map of Leonida, and a manifesto demanding physical discs and offline single-player. It escalated fast: a cryptocurrency token, a retracted “dead man’s switch” ultimatum, and - most recently - a second, still-unconfirmed claim that the full game auto-uploads if CyberLeek ever gets caught.

In this video I walk through all eight GTA 6 leaks in order, who CyberLeek might actually be, what Rockstar and Take-Two have done about it, and what’s genuinely confirmed versus what’s just noise - so you don’t have to doom-scroll the whole saga yourself.
