  • Celebrities Who Actually Like WARHAMMER (With Proof)

Henry Cavill, Ed Sheeran, Robin Williams and more - these are the celebrities who genuinely paint and play Warhammer, with the actual interviews, posts and photos to prove it. No internet rumours, no "my mate's cousin worked at Games Workshop" stories, just six A-listers who've admitted, on the record, that they're into Warhammer 40k exactly like the rest of us.

In this video, I go through Henry Cavill's favourite Space Marine faction, the celebrity who's actually won Golden Demon awards for miniature painting, and the Warhammer 40k tweets from a My Chemical Romance frontman that somehow sum up this entire hobby in two lines. Plus the famous names that show up on every "celebrities who love Warhammer" list online, with zero proof behind any of them.

If you've ever hidden a nerdy hobby from the people at work, this one's for you.

  • This MEDIEVAL FESTIVAL Made Me Feel 12 Again

I spent a day at the Loxwood Joust — the UK's biggest jousting festival and the closest thing this country has to a real renaissance faire.

Loxwood Joust is a full-scale medieval and fantasy festival held every August at Loxwood Meadow in West Sussex, England — the UK's answer to an American-style renaissance faire, built around full-contact jousting instead of just a marketplace and a stage show.

In this video, I go hands-on with the whole thing: the in-character medieval kingdom, the real history of jousting (starting as 11th-century military training and ending, unexpectedly, with the death of a French king), what a day actually costs, whether it's worth it with zero costume and zero medieval history, and my honest verdict on whether I'd go back.

4:09 The Real History Of Jousting (& Renaissance Faires)

Also covered: the Eglinton Tournament of 1839 — Britain's own real-life Renaissance Faire revival — Normal Person Mode vs Full Send, and why grown men are quietly getting back into hobbies like Warhammer, D&D and LARP.

  • Things You Need To Know Before Cavill's WARHAMMER Show

Henry Cavill's Warhammer 40K series for Amazon still doesn't have a release date — but here's everything that's actually been confirmed, the second Amazon Warhammer project nobody's talking about, and exactly where I'd start getting into Warhammer 40K before either one airs.

In this video I walk through the full timeline of Cavill's live-action Warhammer 40K show — from the original 2022 announcement, through Mike Flanagan being confirmed as writer, right up to Cavill's own August 2026 update on Instagram. I also cover the newly announced Deathwatch animated series, a spin-off of the Warhammer 40K episode of Secret Level, which could genuinely reach screens first. Then I break down why nobody — veteran or brand new — is actually ahead of you on this particular show, and give you three simple ways to get into Warhammer 40K this week: what to watch, what to listen to, and what to buy.

If you've been curious about Warhammer 40K but felt like you'd already missed your window, or you just want to know what's confirmed and what's still rumour about Henry Cavill's Amazon series, this one's for you.

  • What Tolkien Fans Know About Halbrand That You Don't

Who is Halbrand, really - and why is Rings of Power Season 3 making everyone Google him again? Everything you need to know about Sauron's most famous disguise, explained with zero book-reading required.

In Season 1 of The Rings of Power, Halbrand turned out to be Sauron in disguise - and if you've only watched the Lord of the Rings films, that twist can feel like it came from nowhere. This video breaks down exactly who Halbrand is, how Tolkien seeded the idea decades before the show existed, and why nobody watching had a "secret advantage" over you.

We also cover what the Season 3 teaser confirmed at Comic-Con: Sauron forging the One Ring, a five-year time jump since the fall of Eregion, Jamie Campbell Bower joining as Celeborn, and Simon Pegg voicing the Balrog. Season 3 premieres November 11, 2026 - this gets you fully caught up before then.

  • The Cost to Start WARHAMMER 40K in 2026 (No Surprises)

What does it ACTUALLY cost to start Warhammer 40k in 2026? I priced the exact same shopping list 3 ways - no upsells, no surprises.

Getting into Warhammer 40k always feels like the hardest part is money — everyone online seems to be dropping £180 on the latest launch box, and it's easy to assume you need all of it just to get started. You don't. In this video I break down what it actually costs to start Warhammer 40k with one Combat Patrol and a full hobby tool kit, priced three realistic ways: buying everything direct from Games Workshop, buying the exact same list from a discount retailer like Element Games, and going fully secondhand + DIY via eBay, Vinted and Facebook Marketplace. I also cover why Combat Patrol beats a big two-army starter set for beginners, and a quick look at what the WTC 2026 rankings say about which factions people are actually playing right now.

No jargon, no gatekeeping, no "just buy another box" - just the real shopping list and the real totals for each budget, so you can pick a starting point that actually fits what you've got to spend.

  • If I Started Warhammer TODAY, I'd Buy This Box First

Games Workshop just quietly released the biggest Combat Patrol update Warhammer 40K has ever had — a 184-page Companion book, six new missions, and a full rules refresh — and almost nobody's talking about it.

In this video I break down exactly what's changed, why I think this is genuinely the best entry point Games Workshop has ever built, and why — despite an entire wall of Combat Patrol boxes in every Warhammer shop in the country — it barely got a mention during the 11th Edition preview cycle. I go through what Combat Patrol actually is for complete beginners, whether it's actually good value compared to buying kits separately, my honest theory on why it's flying under the radar, and exactly which Combat Patrol I'd buy first if I was starting completely from scratch today.

If you've been thinking about getting into Warhammer, you've got a Combat Patrol box gathering dust, or you're just after a way to play a full game without clearing the dining table until Thursday — this one's for you.

  • LoTR Lore That Makes GONDOR Unlike Any Kingdom In Fantasy

Gondor went nearly 1,000 years without a king. This is the Tolkien lore behind Minas Tirith that most people never hear about.

This is Part 1 of the Minas Tirith series. We're building the LEGO Minas Tirith set and going deep into the history at the same time. Last video we put the city together brick by brick. This time we find out what was happening inside it.

We cover the Stewards of Gondor and how a temporary arrangement lasted almost a millennium. The dead White Tree standing forgotten in the Citadel because nobody could bring themselves to remove it. Aragorn's secret history inside Gondor long before the War of the Ring. And how Sauron spent years using a palantír to convince Gondor's Steward that the fight was already over.

All the Lord of the Rings lore explained properly. No gatekeeping. No assumed knowledge. Never read the books or watched the films fifty times — it doesn't matter. You're welcome here.

Part 2 will cover the siege of Minas Tirith itself.

New to the series? Here is the playlist:    • The Lord of the Rings: Minas Tirith LEGO

  • You NEED To See This RDR2 GTA 6 Theory. Here's Why.

There's a GTA 6 fan theory going around that Jason might actually be related to Arthur Morgan from Red Dead Redemption 2. I couldn't ignore it, so let's talk about it.

Rockstar just dropped a new GTA VI trailer and a load of screenshots, and within days the internet had stitched together a theory linking Jason Duval to Arthur Morgan - comparing jawlines, timelines, and everything in between. It started on Reddit months ago, quietly, then got picked back up on TikTok and properly exploded.

I've replayed Red Dead Redemption 2 four times. I still can't play Arthur as anything other than a good man. So when this theory landed on my feed, I went further down the Reddit and TikTok rabbit hole than I'd like to admit - and along the way I remembered a detail from Arthur's story that I think breaks the whole thing.

This isn't a long, heavily-produced deep dive. It's more of a chat - the theory, why it looks convincing, where it falls apart, and why I think we're all still a little bit in love with Arthur Morgan nearly eight years on.

  • DON'T Buy A WARHAMMER Starter Set Until You Watch This

Games Workshop just put five new Warhammer 40K starter sets up for pre-order...and one of them isn't the one most beginners should actually buy.

I came into this hobby through the lore, not the tabletop, and I made pretty much every mistake a beginner painter can make on the way in. In this video I go through all five new starter products — the two-player Starter Set, the Introductory Set, the two faction paint sets, the Hobby Set, and the Getting Started With sets — exactly what's in each box, who it's genuinely built for, and which one I'd actually tell you to buy depending on your budget.

I also cover what to buy next once you've started, and give my honest verdict on whether now is actually the right time to get into Warhammer 40,000.
