04/10/24: Al Carlson represented Fargo for 26 years in the state House for District 41, from 1993 through 2018. In his last 10 years as a legislator, he was the majority leader. He joins Joel on "News and Views" to talk about his decision to run for Fargo City Commission, and what he hopes to achieve if elected.
