No, Alan didn't forget that he had a podcast, he was just busy with... Italian and Danish stuff during the summer. Let him explain a bit why each break keeps getting longer...
In classic Alan fashion, we took a long break but we're back at the start of the new year! Miguel literally said "when we recording?" and Alan said "right now" to which Miguel said "aight bet"...
Miguel and Alan chat a wide variety of topics: the new Spider-Man movie (no spoilers), the Transformers movies, bit of history of the Chicago major league teams, the future of the Chicago Bears with Matt Nagy being fired the morning after recording, a bit on how Alan became a Blackhawks fan, his simpage for goalie Marc Andre Fleury, and a minor rant on the future of the Polish National Football team.
That and more moments that'll leave you hankering for a Dr. Pepper Cream Soda
Today on the couch; Alan talks taking a break from longboarding, TikTok trends, the transition from online back to online, and other moments that'll leave you thinking "Yeah I feel that fam". Featuring guest appearances from Steven, Nicole, and Dom.
Tonight, Alan plays his first ever Metroid game, being the brand new Metroid Dread on the Switch. For some reason he also decided to record a podcast of it but since you can't see it I have absolutely no clue how this is gonna work, but in true Alan fashion let's try something dumb and unconventional and just run with it!
*Disclaimer: this episode features a decent amount of humor that is straight up dumb, including Gabe setting fire to my old diction homework, and might not sit well with everyone, so viewer discretion is advised*
Tonight: Ryan, Gabe, and Alan try ad talk about Demon Slayer Season 1 but it quickly derails because Alan still hasn't seen the entirety of S1. We talk how Alan misses the old Kanye, Ryan talks a bit about how Arin Hanson isn't really funny as well as attempts to mix ammonia and bleach, and Gabe talks about what kind of women he likes, he attempts an ASMR segment to no avail, and rages on about how much he hates Among US... that and more on The Curious Tale of *sips Dr.Pepper* I have no clue...
It's been... a hot minute since we made an episode on the couch.
Now after almost a year and a half we return to University in-person, meaning the couch is also back, and it's as comfy as... well a couch... a very comfy couch...
Alan chats about the return to in person education, along with the minut frustration of still having to wear mask amid the Delta variant, this new early-access game called Voidtrain he's obsessed with, and the random encounters with people on the third floor that we've all missed. That and more, on the actual couch, as Season 3 begins!
Solo episode time! And it's the first one with the new PC Alan built by himself (and a little help from his friends)
Alan chats about the PC building process and how it was both more difficult and not as difficult as he originally thought, a bit of soccer thoughts, and general excitement ahead of the summer 2021 season still to come
Alan and Ryan are here and Ryan's playing Sea of Thieves on today's episode!
The lads talk a bit about favorite musicals, the fact that neither have seen The Phantom of the Opera, our favorite animated shows such as Castlevania and Invincible, and general anime and manga discussion stuff (weeb sh*t I know). What about The Soup Store that's in the title? I don't know I haven't listened to the episode yet...
*This episode is in Polish, so for my English listeners I'm sorry and stay tune for the next episode which will be in English
The lads are back, and with the exception of Dortmund's DFB Pokal and Barcelona's Copa del Rey vicoties, we all agree that the 20/21 season has been.... bad.
Alan talks Spurs' terrible run of form again, along with whom he'd like to manage Spurs next season, Miguel and Kuba talk about Pokemon, and Kevin is actually not dead so that's a plus. The Lads also talk Poland, USMNT, and Mexico ahead of Euro 20/21 and CONCACAF Nations League and Gold Cup
