In this episode Russ is flying solo, unlike all the actual seagulls!, swooping around The Stadium of Light at the end of Albion’s deserved victory on Saturday afternoon. Those gulls seemed so fitting a presence on the day the boys made it 3/4 wins in The PL.

Under discussion is of course the match but also Sunderland fans’ complimentary opinion of our away following, the rest of the week’s notable football news stories and a prediction for the Liverpool game.
