I really wanted to make some version of **Soda Estereo**...and I thought of one of the only two that I know; *De Música Ligera* and *Entre Caníbales*...of which I have already presented a respective version of each one here on #Hive a couple of years ago. But the one I obviously chose is very special to me because it is my favorite song not only from *Soda* and not only from *Rock* in general, but from any era. And this time I wanted to make, according to me, a vocally improved version...but I was able to compare it with the previous version and I think it didn't improve anything, maybe it even sounds worse hahaha.
The truth is that this time I did manage to improve the sound, although I think I abused the compressors a little, I am addicted to those compressors, in this version I had to use at least 3 different ones to be able to level out the bass of the guitar and give it more. . gain to the voice and thus maintain an audio output that is as balanced as possible. I also exaggerated a little with the reverb (I discovered a reverb in *Adobe Audition* that drives me crazy) And well, I can't help but get out of control every time I'm editing and I have to use it. I also made an improvement in the guitar harmony, since it was wrong and I corrected it so that now I could make better harmony with the vocal melody.
And well, about the song; What can I say that is not already known? It is a great classic of Latin American rock, belonging to one of their most iconic albums, such as *"Canción Animal" (1990)*. What I like the most about this song and the first thing that caught me immediately was the alternative grunge sound, well that was the *Unpplugged* version that I heard, it is precisely the sound that I am describing. Its lyrics are brutal and can be metaphorically very realistic, but what I like most is the vocal melody, the guitar arrangement at the beginning... God, this song is incredible.
And finally I want to thank all those guys who have been commenting there giving great support, thank you very much brothers... the truth is that I don't have much chance to respond because I have to attend to a job that even though it is in my own pc, it hardly gives me the chance to attend to anything else, and that fills me with a little anxiety sometimes. But it really means a lot to me and it makes me proud because I also know that they are very talented guys. So thank you, thank you and thank you brothers. And again a thank you to the community leaders for their great work, for creating, for being there and supporting. Thanks brothers. Oh by the way, I don't know if I'll be violating the community guidelines by posting a song that I've already posted before, but it's obviously a totally new recording and editing from scratch. I hope I'm not doing that. Anyway, I hope you can trip it. A big hug and Rock+Roll

Espero no estarlo haciendo. Como sea, espero se la puedan tripear. Un fuerte abrazo y Rock+Roll

    Una eternidad
    Esperé
    Este instante
    Y no lo dejaré
    Deslizar
    En recuerdos viejos
    Ni en balas rasantes
    Que matan
    ¡Ah!
Come de mí, come de mi carne
    ¡Ah!
    Entre caníbales
    ¡Ah!
    Tómate el tiempo en desmenuzarme
    ¡Ah!
    Entre caníbales
    Entre caníbales
    El dolor
    Es veneno, nena
    Y no lo sentirás
    Hasta el fin
    Mientras te muevas lento
    Y jadees el nombre
    Que mata
    ¡Ah!
Come de mí, come de mi carne
    ¡Ah!
    Entre caníbales

    Ah!

    Ah!
Take the time to break me down
    Ah!
    among cannibals
    among cannibals
    the pain
    It's poison, baby
    And I won't feel it
    Until the end
    While you move slow
    And you gasp the name
    Killing

  • Jamming Zone Week 12 - "Guitar on Medidation (in Am)" by @alejandrorigo

    ![JAMMING ZONE 12.PNG](https://images.hive.blog/DQmWsTnDRLutJoBqwLdDSPX4DcGuNfa3ekBbMuhvWXkpzJi/JAMMING%20ZONE%2012.PNG)
I was recently watching a series of videos on YouTube about a style of playing the guitar in the form of a relaxing sound called "Meditative guitar"... each one in their own style made combinations of altered chords in a slow manner that gave an atmosphere of relaxation . total. This type of sound caught my attention a lot since I normally listen to relaxing frequency audios but generally they are synthetic sounds...and this was more real, acoustic music. So I wanted to make my own version called "**Guitar on Meditation**" and to do so use a sequence of chords which are part of my own composition that never ends up coming out due to lack of lyrics, and this harmony is precisely composed . for diminished chords and sevenths that are the last for this type of style, so it was the perfect occasion to use it. As you mentioned before, I don't have much musical theoretical knowledge so I don't even know the name of the chords that I use myself, but I know that it starts with A7m and somehow falls into a C7. I also know that most chords are diminished and altered sevenths. I think it's a bit loaded since actually the videos I saw had a much slower pace and simpler harmony...In fact it couldn't even be said that it had a harmony as such...they were more like combinations of chords with some arpeggio . The thing in between...is that you take a couple of these chords and play them together and they sound like heaven. So I already have a commitment to myself to study some of these chords well and prepare a new version...also study the somatizations since I was able to monitor that many strokes sounded very loud, even some arpeggios sounded very beaten...at first it may sound a little rough, but then it becomes more somatic little by little.
I wanted to take the opportunity to thank the guys @cesaramos @juliopalomo and @edwardstobia who left me great comments on my previous Jamming Zone. And well, I just wanted to tell you that you are doing a great job here in the community and that you are a talented and great team...Julio in your last JammingZone you killed it bro. Oh another thing, I really don't know if week 12 is already active because I haven't seen that the post has been published, but in truth I had been thinking about this for days and I really wanted to prepare it, so I'm sharing it here hoping you like it. and I say goodbye wishing you total success. A big hug

  • Jamming Zone Week 11 - LoFi Hip Hop Acoustic Guitar Improvisation - @alejandrorigo

    ![JAMMING.png](https://images.hive.blog/DQmU8EmCz8Kuy6toayEqZL8914SSYY5Gxie7PE3ZEKtpYDa/JAMMING.png)
This was the first shot I took and it was the definitive one. I thought about re-recording it to correct the parts that were very flawed, but I also thought "well, that's jamming, something totally spontaneous" and that's it. I had actually practiced a little before since improvisation as such is not really my thing, in fact I had prepared a couple of things, some arrangements in certain parts... but I completely forgot, the moment took me away. In the *funky* part I had prepared an arrangement that formed a very nice melody with the harmonic circle, but I completely forgot it so in post-editing I had to add an effect so that it could sound like something spacey or something. . similar...but it kept sounding failed hahaha. I was there for a large part of the video thinking about whether I should continue or stop, since I also couldn't hear the background track very well at low volume since I didn't have headphones and this was the only way I could find to do it. So I chose the option to continue and I gave myself more and more, connecting with the beat and the melody...I think the best part is the last two minutes...it was where I was able to download everything. Wow! I think I really needed that and I didn't even know it, it was really kind of therapeutic.
God bless you all. ROCK+ROLL.
I am not really an academic musician, I am very empirical...and therefore I do not have much knowledge about music theory...But I can know that I have randomly used pentatonic scales of Dm and Gm, which are two key falls in that harmonic circle . , as well as on certain occasions the dissonant scale of the final A7 chord... which unfortunately I could not make sound fluently on almost any occasion since I forgot it. The melody games also swayed in the bond between Rem-Solm. In **LoFi Hip Hop** the guitars use many jazz and blues resources equally and in their own way. With extremely diminished or increased chords, very altered chords in short... that give an atmosphere of sweetness, melancholy, peace, pleasure. It's a niche that I would now like to work on and study much more...in fact, I've wanted to record something like this for a long time, maybe that's why I want to download a bunch of notes. A pleasure to share. God bless you all. ROCK+ROLL.

    ### Hive Music Festival - Week nº83 - Round #2: FÉ - CANDY66 (cover)
Greetings my friends from the #MusicZone. It's been a long time since I participated in the Hive Music Festival, and this is my entry for week #83 - Round #2. I really wanted to cover this song so this had to be the perfect occasion. One of my favorite songs by one of my favorite bands...released more than approximately 20 years ago, and you could still say that it has a very fresh sound...it's like a mix between punk rock and very aggressive numetal, but at the same time at the same time it has a touch of alternative sound...it's like the guitars sound very distorted and heavy but at the same time also very clean and clear...it's inexplicable...it's a magnificent sound very well achieved for the time and even for current times. And that's just talking about the technical part, because not to mention the musical part...Those harmonic circles and those rhythms, the indisputable vocal personality...too much...I love that sound. Of course he doesn't find my voice funny in the slightest, but there I always try to reach him as much as I can. I always wanted to learn this one on the guitar but it had always seemed very complicated to me... A few days ago I heard it by chance and with the simple desire I picked up my guitar and learned it immediately, and I really couldn't stand the desire to record it anymore... .that's why I say this was the perfect occasion.

Something that I also admire a lot are the lyrics of their songs. Fé is a song, let's say chaotically hopeful... it's like a light of hope after the inevitable chaos that comes. Many times we need faith in our lives without knowing it, or without knowing how to use it, thinking that it only refers to things of religion. Everything is mental...I think that faith has nothing to do with any religion, but is human energy itself...it is like prayer, although it is something different, but it works in the same way...energy real human...maybe these things seem silly but I do believe in that...and it is not even necessary to believe, it just exists and that's it. Well that's just from my point of view. Never lose faith in something that truly deserves it...believe in it. A pleasure to share with you here my friends...best wishes always. A big hug and Rock+Roll

    Quienes vencieron oh oh!
    Uh uh! Demuestra quién eres
Uh uh! Destapa tu mente al sol
    Rompe el mañana
    Busca tu esencia
    No dejes que te atrapen
    Si acaso tu
    Te sientes sólo sin nadie
    Sin nadie a quien recurrir
    No sientas miedo sólo
    Piensa en huir
    Huir hasta el fin
    No sientas miedo
Es lo que te hace libre
    Usa toda tu fé
    Usaaaa!!!! usa tu fé
Es lo que te hace libre
    Usa toda tu fé
    Yeah maybe
Tomorrow breaks and you don't go back
Remember that they will always be
    Who won oh oh!
Uh huh! Show who you are
Uh huh! Uncover your mind to the sun
    Break tomorrow
    Search your essence
    Don't let them catch you
    If anything you
    You feel alone without anyone
With no one to turn to
    Don't feel afraid alone
    Think about running away
    Run away to the end
    Do not be afraid
    It's what makes you free
    Use all your faith

  • GUITAR TUTORIAL for "Black hole sun/ Soundgarden" (+imgs) | Eng/Esp
    https://3speak.tv/watch?v=alejandrorigo/dzyiiuwu

I have re-recorded the tutorial for **Black Hole Sun** since the first one failed...this time I took care of making it more practical and simple. As we all already know, this song is a great grunge classic and for many it became an anthem since the departure of *Chris Cornell*. For me this song represents the good memory of a great musical era...plus I will always be in love with all its melodies, from the voice to the guitar.
NOTE: You should pay attention to the numbers of the frets that I placed on the back right side as in the images below. This will tell you which fret number the fingers will be located so that it sounds correctly.
