ALEX BORSTEIN is a writer and actor. She is best known for playing Lois Griffin on FAMILY GUY and as a series regular on MADTV. She has also written for Family Guy, Casper, Pinky and the Brain, Shameless, and now starring in her own show on HBO. She has also appeared in TED, CAT WOMAN, and MADTV.
